As a former New York University collegiate soccer player turned matchmaker for a boutique start-up,

I’ve always had an immense appreciation for the connection between nutrition and performance as well as overall health, and getting to know and help others at a deeper and more meaningful level. Now, as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I can put it all together for the greater good. I am passionate about making nutrition counseling more accessible and helping others find the best nutritional plan to complement their personalities and lifestyles to reach their health goals.

I believe nutrition is one of the foundational blocks of overall health and well-being – you can exercise and study all day long, but if you aren’t properly fueling your muscles or brain by providing the adequate nutrition needed to function, are you really reaching your full potential?

Within University of Southern California’s Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity Master’s Coordinated Dietetics program,

I studied a broad range of topics such as the fundamentals of nutritional science and biochemistry, the physiological response and metabolism of food and other nutritional components, and how nutrients can cause or prevent aging and health conditions. Through my previous position as an inpatient and outpatient clinical dietitian at Torrance Memorial Medical Center - Cedars Sinai and my current position at Cedars Sinai as an outpatient Clinical Dietitian for both multidisciplinary teams specializing in liver and kidney transplants, I’ve gained invaluable experience counseling patients on general diet optimization, weight gain/loss, renal diet, Diabetic diet/blood sugar management, diet modifications for chronic liver conditions, and more.

Today, my diverse personal, educational, and occupational experiences allow me to critically analyze health and lifestyle habits and factors through a nutritional lens, to ensure steps and goals taken to reach optimal health fit within the larger scope of a realistic lifestyle and timeline.
